New Rule - 4709-5-08 Registered Sex Offender (A) The barber board shall refuse to issue or renew, or shall revoke any license issued pursuant to Chapter 4709. of the Ohio Revised Code, where the applicant or licensee has been adjudicated a sexual offender and is required to register pursuant to Chapter 2950. of the Ohio Revised Code or any similar statutes or ordinances.
