Chapter 4709.07 (d) requires that every licensed barber shall display a current photo with his/her license.
Requirements are as follows:
Submit TWO current, identical photos, head and shoulders only. They must have your signature across the bottom
front of each photo. They can be no smaller than 2 ½" x 3 ½" and no larger than 3"
x 5". Color or black and white is permitted. Photos with black backing (polaroid) and "cut down"
passports are NOT permitted.
Submit photos with your name, current address and ID number.
One photo will be returned to you and the other will be kept on file.
Your photo will have a sticker with the current year attached to it. These are not to be removed and are subject
to the Board's request for a new photo.
